In an effort to stay apprised of changing laws which relate to the representation of homeowners associations, our firm maintains an active membership in CAI, an organization consisting of professionals, all of whom in some capacity actively participate and interact with the homeowner and condominium association community. The Board of Directors, Programs Committee, Publications Committee and Social Committee of the Southern Orange County Chapter of CAI have all been manned by representatives of our firm throughout the years.

CACM is an organization whose membership is comprised of community association managers and association practitioners. CACM's emphasis is on education, training and heightened professionalism of community association managers. The Law Offices of Richard A. Tinnelly is a founding member of CACM and has served as the Southern California legal representative to the Legislative Action Committee.

BIA is a non-profit association that represents the home building industry. BIA develops policy and legislative positions on federal, state and local issues affecting the affordability and availability of housing.
