BERSCHAUER - Director of Administration
Melissa
joined the firm in 1994. As
Director of Administration she
is in the forefront of all matters
relating to firm operation,
client development and marketing,
and accounting and finance.
Melissa meets with our clients
to introduce our firm and its
practices to establish a better
understanding of how we can
best suit their needs.

Melissa
has been a member of the Orange
County CAI Social Planning Committee,
attends monthly CAI and/or CACM
luncheon seminars and actively
participates in other trade
functions.

CYNTHIA
KALWITZ - Senior Legal Secretary
Cindy
has been with the Law Offices
of Richard A. Tinnelly since
1992. Cindy’s hands-on
experience enables her to
work closely with the attorney’s
and assist them in all aspects
of the legal process, as well
as interfacing directly with
the property managers on their
behalf.

Cindy
is extremely knowledgeable and
competent in both the transactional
and litigation areas of homeowner’s
association law. She serves
as Secretary on the Board of
Directors at the homeowner’s
association in which she resides,
and has actively participated
in CAI events throughout the
years.

JENNIFER
DERRICK - Assistant Legal Secretary
Jennifer
is our newest member of the
firm, joining us in 2005. She
brings with her over four years
of paralegal experience where
she managed over 120 cases.
Jennifer is responsible for
a variety of projects at the
Law Offices of Richard A. Tinnelly
and is a valuable team member.
